1. Orders & Customization

• All products are custom-made and crafted upon order.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or returned.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders take 5 business days for processing before shipping.
• Domestic orders are delivered within 72 hours post-dispatch, while international orders take 5-7 days.
• We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or shipping carrier issues.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Since all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email us at sonneirindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

4. Payments & Pricing

• We accept all cards. Payments must be completed before order processing.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, content, and branding of Sonneir India are our exclusive property. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Sonneir India is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
