At Sonneir India, every piece is custom-made just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at sonneirindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will assess and provide a replacement or store credit if eligible.

No Refunds

As all our products are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
