Absolutely. We offer customization for designs, colors, embroidery, fabrics, and measurements, so your outfit truly reflects your style and occasion.

We only use premium plant-based fabrics such as Cupro, TENCEL™, Hemp, Vegan Silk, and other consciously sourced materials that are soft, breathable, and luxurious.

Once you place an order... we will call you and guide you through the measurement process. Our team works closely with you to achieve a fit that's tailored specifically to your body.

As all our made-to-order outfits are custom-crafted, we currently accept prepaid payments only. You can pay securely using UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other major online payment methods.

For our couture collections, we offer a flexible payment option: you can pay 50% at the time of placing your order, with the remaining 50% due before your order is dispatched.

As every Sonneir piece is made to order, we begin crafting your garment only after your order is placed.

• Ready-to-wear and standard made-to-order pieces: Production typically takes 3–4 business days, after which your order is dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes an additional 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Wedding and couture collections: Due to the intricate hand embroidery and craftsmanship involved, these orders typically require up to 30 days for production. Once you approve the final design, your order is dispatched within 24–48 hours and is generally delivered within 5–7 business days.

Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed during checkout and included in your order confirmation email.

Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items deliveried. Any defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
